Simba is wounded, but leaps up a river dam to protection, creating a handful of logs slide on Kovu's brother Nuka, who tried to quit him from escaping and dies from his injuries. Kovu is blamed for his Dying, and Zira strikes Kovu along with her claws and gives him a scar more than his eye that resembles Scar's. He then flees for the Delight Lands
